How should you negotiate? You are negotiating important business relationships every day. Your products and services for your customers. Your employees’ work productivity. Your vendors who supply resources for you to do your work.
With such important outcomes, why would you leave your negotiations to chance? The ways you communicate and respond can determine whether the discussions end abruptly or continue productively.
Learn the most important foundation for creating a successful negotiation.
